John can undertake all building procurement stages from the initial site inspection through to the completion of the building works. This process often involves a full design service and acquiring planning permission and listed building consent.

John also offers an advisory service in the use of traditional lime and lime mortars. He has advised building professionals, builders and private property owners on restoration and new build projects. Although John specialises in flint work projects he also undertakes general building and maintenance works.
